I’m a gym girl who lifts regularly, and unfortunately these knee sleeves didn’t work for me. I have relatively small knees and I’m not on the bigger side at all, but I had to size up to an XL because the bottom of the sleeve simply wouldn’t go past my calf in the smaller sizes. Bought these to give my knees a bit of extra support while getting back into training after recovering from a serious leg injury. They fit securely without restricting movement and give me much more confidence during squats, leg press and other lower-body exercises.
